Measure yourself
Grab a measuring tape and note three measurements: your chest circumference, waist circumference, and sleeve length. Measure over a thin shirt, not over thick clothing.
Choose based on movement
If you want plenty of room to move at the shoulders, choose something roomier. If you prefer a sleek, modern look, go for your exact size.
Torn between two sizes?
